Application workspace
One organized workspace for each application
Sections, budget, documents, readiness checks and your team in one place, so you always know what is done and what is left before the deadline.
Independent platform. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. Data from public federal sources.
Start from an opportunity
When you find an opportunity worth pursuing, you create an application from it. The workspace links back to the opportunity, carries over its deadline, and sets up the sections most federal applications ask for. If the agency typically requires a Data Management Plan, that section is added too.
Each application moves through clear stages: draft, in progress, review, submitted, and then awarded, rejected or withdrawn once you hear back. Your applications page shows every application and where it stands.
A section editor built for grant writing
- Word counts and limits. Each section shows its word count and any limit, so you can trim before reviewers notice.
- Guided questions. Short prompts help you capture the facts reviewers look for, which also feed the AI drafting.
- AI drafting status. When you ask for a draft, improvement or revision, the section shows whether it is queued, being written, complete or failed.
- Placeholders to resolve. Any [APPLICANT: ...] questions left by a draft are tracked until you answer them.
- Mark complete. Mark each section done when you are happy with it.
Readiness score
The readiness panel turns the open items into a single score and a list of next steps. It checks that every section has content and is within its word limit, that sections are marked complete, that your budget has line items and a requested amount, that no placeholders remain, that your profile includes a mission and UEI, that key documents are attached, and that the deadline has not passed. Each failed check comes with the action that fixes it.
Required documents checklist
Federal applications usually need more than a narrative. The checklist lists the common attachments for your opportunity, such as a budget justification, key personnel resumes, letters of support and financial statements, and shows which ones are already attached. Upload files to your document library and connect them to the application.
Budget and eligibility
Enter budget line items and your requested amount in the workspace. Those numbers feed the draft SF-424A budget form and the package checks, which warn you if the budget total does not match your request or falls outside the award range in the notice. An eligibility panel compares your profile with the opportunity's applicant types and other details, as a prompt to check the official rules.
Work as a team
Invite colleagues with a role that fits their part. Editors can draft and submit, admins can also manage billing and the team, and viewers can follow along without changing anything. The number of seats depends on your plan, and the account owner counts as one of them.
The workspace keeps you organized, but the official notice is the final word on what to include. Read it in full before you submit.
